⏱ How long does production take?

Most items are handcrafted and ready to ship within 1–2 business days.
Note: Laser-cut personalized metal art may take 5–10 business days due to the extra care and precision involved.


📦 My order hasn’t shipped after 2 days — why?

We’re a family-run team and value weekends with our loved ones 💛
Orders placed after 3 PM EST on Friday or over the weekend are usually shipped by Tuesday or Wednesday.


🚚 How long does shipping take?
  • USA: 3–5 business days (90% of orders arrive earlier)

  • Canada, UK, EU: 5–10 business days

  • Other countries: 7–14 business days


✏️ I made a mistake in my order. Can I update it?

Yes — please email us at cs@rinnalove.com within 3 hours of placing your order.
After your order enters shipping, we’re unable to make changes.


❌ How do I cancel an order?

We process orders quickly, so cancellations are only accepted within the first 3 hours.
Email us at cs@rinnalove.com right away if you need to cancel.


📞 I called but couldn’t reach anyone.

Our customer support hours are Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (PST).

📦 How can I track my package?

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number and courier info.
You can also visit our Order Tracking page at any time.


📫 My order says 'Delivered' but I didn’t get it.

Please try the following:

  1. Check your mailbox and surrounding area.

  2. Wait 1–2 business days — deliveries are sometimes marked early.

  3. Call your local post office with the tracking number for updates.
