We guarantee that any product purchased from us will be free from defects in materials and workmanship quality under ordinary consumer use for the specified period from the date of original purchase. The warranty period is outlined as follows:

  • During this period, if your product doesn’t meet your expectations or has any defects, we will provide a free replacement or issue a 100% refund, in line with our policy.

Easy Cancellation and Modification Policy

If you wish to make a modification or cancellation to your purchase, please contact us immediately and send photos to sales@rinnalove.com , including your order number and the desired change. We will confirm once the alteration has been completed.

Note: Your order is only eligible to be canceled and modifiedΒ withinΒ 1 hour. After that time, the order is locked for processing and cannot be changed or canceled.

We kindly ask that you do notΒ returnΒ your items to us, as it would take up your valuable time and money.Β The original items can be kept at your disposal.

FREE REPLACEMENT OR REFUND

If the shipping address is correct and the package has not moved in more than three weeks or is past our estimated time of arrival, you will receive aΒ FREE replacementΒ promptly.

We will assume full responsibility within 30 daysΒ of its arrival if the product(s)

  • Different from the description or sample shown to you on our website;
  • Damaged due to the fault of our factory or the carrier
  • Not what you ordered;

1. What is your returns & refunds policy?

When you purchase a new product, we guarantee that it is free from defects in materials and workmanship quality under ordinary consumer use for the specified period from the date of original purchase. The length of the warranty period is outlined as follows:

βœ… 30-DAY WARRANTY:

During this warranty period, if the product is defective or fails to meet your expectations of quality, we willΒ replaceΒ it with a new one orΒ refundΒ 100% of the purchase price, per our policy.

2. Can I receive a refund if I am unhappy with my purchase or no longer want it?

If you have any issues with the quality of our products within 30 days of the date on your invoice.

3. How long will it take for my refund to be credited back to my original payment method?

After we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund within 24 business hours. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Important Reminder:Β Banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process and post your refund. If you don’t see your refund after 15 business days from approval, please contact us at sales@rinnalove.comΒ for assistance.

4. How do I prepare my shipment for return?

YouΒ don’t need to go through the hassle of returning your items to us; it would take up your valuable time and money, which we don’t want our customers to have to do. Just provide us with the details and a photo of the items you received, and we’ll work to resolve your issue.

5. Can I exchange my item(s)?

If you would like to exchange an item for another size, we are willing to send the new one to you; however, please note that all Rinna Love products are personalized, and the resend fee will depend on the product(s) you purchase.

Note:Β Please be reminded that our policy lasts 30 days from the delivery date for replacement/refund requests only. If 30 days have gone by since your item was received, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a replacement or refund.
